Returns Policy

Here at Avalon Home, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality luxury homeware products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Products must be in original condition and packaging, & include all tags and labels.
  • Products must not have been used, altered, or damaged.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at hello@avalonhome.co.uk to let us know you wish you return your products.
  2. Pack the item(s) & post the parcel to our address.
  3. Once the parcel has arrived & checked, we will process your refund.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after inspection of the returned product(s).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please contact hello@avalonhome.co.uk our customer service team to start the process.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and exchange product shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us so we can organise a replacement.
  • We will replace the item at no cost to you, including shipping cost.
