Delivery:

• Deliveries are made within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
• You will be sent an email when your order has been shipped.

Damaged or lost packages:

• If you receive a damaged package and/or product(s), please contact our customer service team immediately.
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. 

UK delivery only. Currently we are only shipping within the UK. If you would like a delivery to outside the UK please contact our customer service team where we will be able to help you. 

Trade. For large trade orders, delivery information may vary to the above. Our customer services will be able to give you exact timeframes and delivery information depending on your order.
