Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• Avalon Home Gift Cards can be redeemed online at the Avalon Home website against any products available for purchase.
• Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
• If the value of an order is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance can be used on a future purchase, provided the Gift Card has not expired.
• If the value of an order exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using another accepted payment method.
• More than one purchase may be made using the same Gift Card until its balance has been used in full or the Gift Card expires.
• Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Avalon Home cannot accept responsibility for Gift Cards or codes that are lost, stolen, deleted or used without the recipient's permission.
• Where goods purchased using a Gift Card are returned and eligible for a refund, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original Gift Card rather than issued as cash.
• Gift Cards are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
• Promotional or discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of a Gift Card unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Gift Cards may be used alongside promotional codes when purchasing eligible products, subject to the terms of the relevant promotion.
• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
